Every stone and stud is checked for a firm, even set. Nothing loose, nothing missing, and the pattern lines up the way it should.
Patches and embroidery
We look at patch placement, thread colour and stitch tension. The logo has to sit clean and straight, with no fraying at the edges.
Fabric and weight
We check the cotton, the fleece weight and the wash finish against our own samples. A hoodie that feels thin does not go out.
Stitching and seams
Seams are checked for straight, tight lines with no skipped stitches. Cuffs, hems and zip tape all have to hold up.
Prints and colour
